Sandra Bullock And George Clooney brought some serious glamour to the red carpet as they opened the Venice Film Festival to premiere their film Gravity.
Sandra look radiant in red, opting for a strapless, asymmetrically draped dress with a sexy front split from J. Mendel.
She stuck to the theme of her film with a gravity-defying, slightly messy updo and accessorized her look with jewellery from Martin Katz, along with black chunky ankle strap sandals and a matching clutch from Roger Vivier.
George Clooney worked his signature dapper red carpet style, looking smart and smouldering as ever in a black tux with matching bow tie and white shirt with gold buttons.
The stars were promoting their new film, Gravity, to kick off the 2013 Venice International Film Festival at the Palazzo del Cinema Wednesday night.
The movie, directed by Alfonso Cuaron, tells the story of two astronauts who get stuck in space (Not fun. Although possibly fun if George Clooney is stranded out there with you).

Sandra previously revealed she shot the 3D film without a stitch of makeup on.
'I'm going to apologise now, but Alfonso, in a brilliant move, said, "No makeup". Our vain little heads are going to be some massive 17-foot image.
'You are going to see details because it's shot on this digital film that shows everything. It's so scary.'
