Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are seriously down to earth celebrity parents
So lovely

It's been a huge year for Ryan Gosling's career, with his most recent movie La La Land smashing both the box office and awards season. But while we know a lot about the success of his career, we don't know quite so much about his private life.
A couple who tend to keep out of the spotlight, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are very down to earth parents to two daughters, Esmerelda Amada, 2, and Amada Lee, 9 months.
'Their focus is on giving their girls a normal upbringing' a source told People magazine. Ryan and Eva are incredibly private, but at home, they're just like any normal family. They don't like the L.A. lifestyle and love to get out of town where they have more freedom to be out and about without all the attention.'
The source also said that the couple don't have a nanny for their two children, instead asking Eva's family to help out if they need, and live in a humble two bedroom house in Los Angeles.
Another source told People: 'Ryan is an incredible dad and is head over heels for his girls. He's always been like a kid at heart, so he's a fun dad with lots of energy.'
While the couple are, understandably, usually very private about their personal lives, Ryan opened up during his heartfelt acceptance speech at the 2017 Golden Globes and it was definitely one of our favourite moments of the night. Cue the 'awwws'.

'While I was singing and dancing and playing piano and having one of the best experiences I've ever had on a film, my lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer. Sweetheart, thank you' he said.
How great are these two?
