Well, that didn't take long. Just one day after Boyzone singer Ronan Keating announces he's leaving his wife of 12 years, rumours of an affair are popping up across the tabloids.
Ronan and his wife Yvonne yesterday released a statement calling their split amicable, but according to The Sun, the truth is anything but.
'Yvonne threw him out, with all his clothes, on the doorstep,' a source is quoted as saying. 'She was screaming at him and accusing him of cheating on her.'
In an interview with Lorraine Kelly on GMTV earlier this week, Ronan was still wearing his wedding ring, although a posting on his official website confirmed gossip that the marriage was already over.
'With great sadness Ronan and Yvonne Keating today announce their separation,' read the entry. 'The separation is amicable and they will continue to work together in order to provide the best for their children.'
Louis Walsh, Boyzone's manager, told The Sun last night: 'I'm absolutely stunned. If you asked me one couple I thought would never break up, it would be Ronan and Yvonne. They've been together since they were kids.'
