The sultry Twi-star smoulders on the cover of Vanity Fair’s April issue, complete with live alligator
Prepare yourselves Twilight fans! Just when we thought Robert Pattinson couldn't get any hotter, the stylish star has posed for a sizzling photo shoot.
And that’s not all. Gracing the April Vanity cover with an alligator (yes, an alligator!) around his neck, Rob has told all on his admiration of beau Kristen Stewart, and how he copes with Twilight fame.

Striking a pose for the steamy snaps, lovely R-Patz looks every inch the sophisticated star, donning a white shirt, black hat and dark belted jeans.
Speaking from the Vancouver set of Breaking Dawn – a house he and Kristen share with two assistants, to be exact - the star spoke of his admiration for his rumoured beau.
‘Kristen is very focused on being an actress,’ Rob says. ‘I mean, that's what she is — she's an actress. Whereas I — I just don't really know.’
‘She's cool. Even before I knew her, I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw 'Into the Wild,' and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.’
‘When this is over,’ he said of the Twilight saga, 'the media will lose interest [in the relationship].' Adding he’s found the speculation ‘traumatic,’ he said: ‘There'll be nothing to say. It won't fit into a headline anymore. It won't fit into a template.'
Although he’s been in the limelight for nearly four years, Rob admits he still finds his worldwide fame completely baffling.
‘It is weird. You have to wonder, What do they want?’ he says of the Twilight fans, joking he would now rather drive across state than fly, to avoid waiting crowds at the airport.
‘I can’t really understand it even now.’ Rob ads of the Saga’s massive success. ‘It does have an angle which is attached to something quite primal in girls. I guess people want it to define them, like ‘I’m a Twilight fan. That’s crazy to me.
'I think people really just like being part of a crowd. There’s something just tremendously exciting about hyping yourself up to that level.’
