So much so he’s opted to star in indie flick, Queen of the Desert, directed by Warner Herzog once filming wraps for Mission: Blacklist Robert Pattinson’s upcoming project about the pursuit of Saddam Hussein.
Queen of the Desert will focus on the story of writer Gertrude Bell played by Naomi Watts and her good friend, T.E Lawrence (Robert Pattinson), a British Army officer whose vivid writing found him fame and saw him become the subject of the film Lawrence of Arabia.
