Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been pictured together for the first time since Kristen Stewart's affair with Snow White director Rupert Sanders.

American showbiz channel Entertainment Tonight has acquired snaps of Robert and Kristen on an evening out at a trendy neighbourhood bar, thought to have been taken on Sunday.

The couple were visiting Ye Rustic Inn, in the exclusive Los Angeles neighbourhood of Los Feliz when the pictures were taken.

The channel also claims to have video footage of the pair together, taken on the same evening, which it is planning to broadcast tonight.

Onlookers say Rob and Kristen spent more than four hours at the low-key bar, and were even spotted 'cosying up' as they chatted to a group of friends, adding there was no sign of tension between the pair.

They're outing comes after they were spotted on a cosy dinner date last week, and on an outing to celeb haunt Chateau Marmont, where they 'snuck into the garden from a private side entrance'.

The insider added that the Twilight couple are trying to keep their reunion as quiet as possible, over fears of a backlash from fans.

'They're afraid of backlash, so they're keeping things on the down-low,' source said.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are set to embark on a mammoth publicity tour to promote Twilight Breaking Dawn - Part 2 next month, although it's been rumoured they'll be kept apart for many of their appearances.
