We bet the champagne corks have been popping in Newcastle as Princess Eugenie made her parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson proud as punch by earning a 2:1 in her degree.

Princess Eugenie, who is sixth in line to the throne, has matched her older sister, Princess Beatrice who graduated with an upper second class degree last September.
Princess Eugenie described her time in the North East as a 'fantastic experience' and her parents declared they were 'immensely proud' of her in a statement from Buckingham Palace yesterday.
According to a royal sources the 22-year-old princess is keen to join the queue of job-hunting fellow graduates and work in the art world - instead of becoming a full time royal like her cousin-in-law Kate Middleton.

The source told the Daily Mail: 'Art is (Princess Eugenie's) love and she plans to look around and get as much experience in different fields before deciding which route to go down,' said one.
'She already has people keen to speak to her not least because of her results, which were very good indeed.'
