He's a low-key millionaire
Mozzi is a property developer in London. He is CEO of his own company, Banda, which he founded in 2007. 'He has considerable experience in the acquisition and funding of complex residential developments and the creation of joint ventures with both UK and international partners,' per his company bio.
He shares Princess Beatrice's passion for charity
Mozzi founded the charity Cricket Builds Hope, which uses cricket as a method of social change in Rwanda. Princess Beatrice is a patron of a number of charities including The Teenage Cancer Trust and The Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity.
He's already in with the parents
Edoardo's family have close ties with Beatrice's. 'They certainly didn’t need to go through a formal introduction to each other’s parents,' per a source at People. Christopher Shale, Edoardo's late step-father, was friends with Beatrice’s parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. Edoardo and Sarah Ferguson even follow each other on Twitter.
The relationship is moving quickly
According to a source at The Sun, 'They hit it off instantly and have a real laugh together. They’ve been on holiday together and Beatrice introduced him to Fergie and her dad.' And now, they are engaged. Is a royal baby next?
Congratulations to Beatrice and Edoardo!
