Prince William Just Said The Cutest Thing About Princess Charlotte & Prince George
We’re impressed by his normal-people speak
We’re impressed by his normal-people speak
There’s nothing like a doting dad to melt the heart – and Prince William is no different. Obviously, it helps if the dad is good-looking too, and then we can’t stop swooning. As is the case here.
Wills has been bowled over with love for his baby daughter, Princess Charlotte – who’s nine weeks old – and he’s not afraid to show it, either.
He spoke to Sky News about becoming a father, and said:
“It’s been fantastic. She’s been a little joy of heaven. At the same time it’s more responsibility with the two little ones, especially when George is around, he’s a little monkey.
“But it’s fantastic having a little family and I’m so thrilled. Catherine has been doing an amazing job as a mother and I’m very proud of her.”
He wasn’t swayed on revealing plans for a third child, though (hold up, guys! Kate only left hospital nine weeks ago, remember).

“We’ve only just had the second one,” he said. “You never know what’s going to happen in the future.”
He also spoke about his new job as a pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance. He explained that the job makes him feel “grounded” – and that he enjoys the challenge of balancing work and family life – like us normal people.
“I’m trying to be a good guy, trying to do what [I] can and trying to be a decent individual. I want to have qualities in myself that I’d look for in other people,” he said.
“There’s nothing to say I won’t be able to do this for the rest of my life, but obviously at some point there’s going to be a lot of pressure and responsibility from the other side of my life.
“At the moment I’m juggling this with a young family and I like the challenge. Inevitably further down the line it might become harder for me to do that, but for now I can manage those two jobs the best I can.”
Well, if the royals are looking to become more modern and down-to-earth then this is the right way to go about it. Bravo, William.
