The first trailer for the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle movie is here
And it's pure cheese.
And it's pure cheese.
The royal wedding is close approaching, and while we're all still wondering who Meghan Markle's wedding dress designer will be, royal fans will be pleased that the first teaser trailer for Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance has been released.
Now that we all know how Prince Harry and Meghan met, American TV channel Lifetime have taken the opportunity to make this love story into a TV movie.
First it was Prince William and Kate Middleton that had one made about them, but now it's the young prince and actress fiancee that are under the spotlight - and this production looks a lot better than Kate and Wills edition.
The film follows the pair as their secret romance blossoms, with Murray Fraser playing our favourite redheaded prince and Parisa Fitz-Henley as Duchess-to-be, Meghan Markle.
Creators of the film did have verified stories to work with for the storyline, including their blind date set up by Harry’s childhood friend Violet von Westenholz, as well as the story of how Prince Harry proposed. Plus, while they were dating in secret, they would attend events separately, paying respect to royal tradition.
Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance is set to be released on 13 May, just a week before the royal wedding on 19 May. And by the look of the trailer, it's going to be very over the top cheesy. But obviously we're ALL going to want to watch it.
