Instead of opting for a big showbiz affair, packed full of celebrity pals, Piers and Celia tied the knot in a quiet countryside wedding, with only a handful of close friends and family present.
The ceremony took place at the beautiful St Mary's Church in Swinbrook, Oxon, with the wedding party moving on to a traditional pub nearby for the reception.
The 33-year-old bride arrived wearing a simple, elegant white maxidress and with a hand-made daisy-chain in her hair, while the groom donned a dark navy suit and maroon tie.

'He couldn't stop smiling and was hugging and kissing all the guests,' an onlooker told the Daily Mail.
'Celia looked beautiful in her dress,' they continued. 'Simple but classy.'
True to his word, Piers had previously said that they were planning 'a small wedding followed by a big, big party.'
And it seems that not even his fellow Britain's Got Talent judges, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden, made the guestlist cut.
'I couldn't trust him to turn up on time,' Piers jokingly said of Simon. 'He's terrible at time-keeping.'
But there are apparently no hard feelings...
'I hate to admit it, but I'm absolutely thrilled for the two of them,' Simon said yesterday. 'Having met Celia, I have no idea how he managed to pull this one off.'
Meanwhile, Amanda Holden sent her regards through Twitter, saying: 'Piers got married today. I could not be happier for my lovely friend.'
We're sure he'll make it up to them with his big, big party.
