Pharrell Williams caused a major stir when he showed up to the 2014 Grammys wearing a very peculiar hat.
Some people loved it, some people hated it - but everyone was talking about it. The Vivienne Westwood Mountain Hat (which retails for £95) even sparked some creative Internet memes.
But now the "Happy" singer is ready to move on from his fashion statement-maker, as he's launched an Ebay auction for the hat.
'I’m auctioning off my hat from the Grammys to benefit From One Hand to AnOTHER,' he tweeted Friday morning.
Two hours later, he posted: 'We started my hat auction at $200 (the price I paid for it) and it's already up to over 10K?'
We think it's great that Pharrell, 40, is donating his hat for a good cause - but to be honest, we're a little surprised he's willing to part with it. They've just had so many happy memories together.
