Patsy’s sons Lennon Gallagher, nine, and James Kerr, 16, gave her away.
A-list pals who watched her say ‘I do’ included Lennon’s godmother, Elizabeth Hurley, and her hubby Arun Nayar, Simon le Bon and his wife Yasmin, glamorous in a satin fuchsia-pink gown, and comedian Katie Brand.
Patsy has a well-known thing for musicians, with Jeremy being the fourth she has married, following marriages to Big Audio Dynamite’s Dan Donovan, Simple Mind’s Jim Kerr, and Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher.

A 250-strong crowd celebrated the nuptials at a reception at the National Liberal Club, where ex-husbands Liam and Jim were thought to be in attendance.
Patsy has known Jeremy since the 1980s when she was a teenage singer in pop band Eighth Wonder and he was in novelty pop act Hayzi Fantayzee.
They stayed friends throughout the years, and started dating in 2007.
The couple got engaged three months into their romance, but their wedding was initially put on hold amid rumours Jeremy had developed cold feet.
According to the Sunday Mirror, the couple wrote their own vows for the nuptials. Patsy wrote: ‘I promise not to be too needy, not to lose my rag and to accept you are not always around.’
Jeremy vowed: ‘I promise never to cheat, to be supportive, and to always be contactable.’
Patsy went ahead with the wedding, despite insisting she’d never tie the knot again because ‘marriage truly hasn’t worked for me.’
May the fourth be with them!
