Nigella Lawson reveals how she dropped two dress sizes
Nigella Lawson has revealed how she dropped two dresses sizes, and it doesn't involve a spot of dieting.
The domestic goddess, and self-proclaimed food lover, divulged that she chose the exercise route, speaking to the Daily Mail at her husband's gallery opening this week.
'I like my food and I'm not going to diet so it has to be exercise for me,' she explained. 'I took up Pilates classes to help with my bad back some months ago and since I've been doing them, I've actually dropped a couple of dress sizes.'
Taking a far less extreme route than her husband, Charles Saatchi, Nigella recently revealed that he has lost an astonishing five stones in nine months, in a drastic diet of eating nine eggs a day.
The revelation attracted criticism form nutritionists, who argued that
the extreme regime would lead to high cholestrol and possible problems

She confirmed that he has now ditched the diet for a healthier regime, 'He's on a much more normal diet now. It was all about eggs, eggs and eggs, with an occasional slice of toast. Now it's all a lot more sensible all round.'
