The reality star is said to be hurt after a photographer smashed into the back of her car
Nicole Richie has been involved in a road accident after a paparazzi photographer drove into the back of her car.
The reality star was driving her Land Rover on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverley Hills yesterday when the photographer, who was driving without a licence, struck the vehicle.
Although Nicole told a police officer at the scene of the accident she was in pain, no paramedics were called.
Instead, she is believed to have rushed to her own doctors to seek medical advice.
It's been a eventful month for the 28-year-old, who gave birth to her second child, Sparrow James Midnight Madden four weeks ago and proposed to boyfriend Joel Madden earlier this week.
Despite her initial reluctance to get married, Nicole is said to have changed her mind about wedding Joel following the death of her ex-fiance DJ AM in August.
