Nicole Kidman reveals loneliness before marrying Keith Urban and her longing for a baby
NICOLE KIDMAN HAS admitted that before she met her husband Keith Urban she felt sad and very alone.
The star revealed that she found it hard to find love again after her divorce from Tom Cruise. 'When I was alone I became very isolated and felt very lonely and it was difficult to meet someone,' said Nicole.
'I realised you can have so many beautiful things around you and if you don't have someone in your life to share it with, it doesn't mean that much,' she continued.
But now the actress says she is happily married to the country and western singer and longs for a baby.
The 40-year-old seems to have put Urban's rehab troubles behind her saying: 'I love him for his honesty and bravery. Simply put, he's a wonderful, wonderful man and I'm very lucky to have him.'
Despite constant media speculation Nicole revealed that the pair try to keep their relationship out of the limelight – something Urban is very keen to do. 'Keith always says to me 'Baby, don't talk about it' so we try and find a balance. We're very proud of our relationship but at the same time we want to keep it private and protected.'
