The pair are at loggerheads over whether it is right for new mothers to go back to work
New mums Denise Van Outen and Natalie Cassidy are at war over whether it is right for new mothers to go back to work, with Denise letting rip at Natalie in an angry outburst on Twitter this morning.
Earlier this year, Natalie criticised Denise– who is mum to six-month-old baby Betsy – for going back to work too soon, slamming her for hiring a nanny, instead of staying at home with her new baby.
‘Denise Van Outen went back to work after two weeks because she said she needed to feel normal again,’ she said during an interview with New! Magazine.
‘I just think, “What have you had a child for? Having a child should be your job.”’
But today, Denise hit back at Natalie, after the Eastender actress appeared on Lorraine Live to promote her new motherhood show.

Taking to Twitter to vent her anger, Denise let rip at the star, accusing her of being a hypocrite.
'Natalie Cassidy criticised me for going back to work after having Betsy,’ she wrote, venting her anger.
‘Natalie on Lorraine show now promoting her reality pregnancy/new mum show. Isn't that work????
'She said she did the show for money, so yes, that is work. Pot calling!!!!'
But she didn’t stop there.
'We put our family picture out press to raise money for Great Ormond Street; she did a family shot and put the money in her pocket,’ she added.
'End of rant!'
But it wasn’t quite the end. Minutes later, Denise added: ‘Phew..feel much better now. Must dash, gotta go to work! ....(Kidding!)
‘She can stick her trumpet where the sun don't shine ...hee hee!!!’ Phew!
