Mischa Barton charged with marijuana possession and DUI
Mischa Barton has been charged with Driving Under the Influence and possession of marijuana, stemming from her arrest in December.
The former OC star, who once had a squeaky-clean image, was also charged with driving without a license. Her arraignment in the misdemeanour charges is set for Thursday in a Beverly Hills Superior Court.
The 22-year-old actress was arrested for investigation of DUI in Hollywood on 27 December after her car was taking up two lanes of traffic and she failed to signal when making a turn.
