Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom almost looked like they’d patched things up in New York yesterday as they stepped out just days after confirming their split.

Putting on a united front, presumably for the sake of their two-year-old son, Flynn, you could be forgiven for thinking the couple of six-years were still going strong.

It was the first time the 30-year-old Australian model and 36-year-old British actor had been pictured together for over five weeks, and they couldn’t have look happier.

Enjoying a family day out at Central Park, the couple looked determined to keep things amicable following the end of their three-year marriage.

With the paparazzi watching, the pair were openly touchy-feely as little Flynn clutches a Halloween bucket. 

In a joint statement released last week, a spokesperson for the couple confirmed: "Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months. After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation.

"Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family."

While Orlando went on to tell TMZ, “We’re not friends, we’re family. Life is a mystery, it doesn’t always work out the way you want it.”

Miranda has been living in New York since Orlando began performing in the Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel has yet to comment on the news, and while the couple continues to put their son first, there’s a good chance Miranda will remain close to Orlando.
