Mila Kunis’ leather costume in Oz The Great And Powerful got the strongest reaction according to the film’s designers
Mila Kunis is red hot in her latest film, Oz The Great And Powerful, as anyone who has seen the film can vouch, so it comes as no surprise that the man responsible for her sexy look, costume designer Gary Jones, reveals it achieved the strongest reaction.
MILA KUNIS ON THE STUPIDEST THING SHE’S EVER DONE
Inspired by a ruby, Mila Kunis’ character Theodora initially wears, and turns heads, in a riding-based outfit of leather trousers and a corset complete with a crisp white shirt and red velvet jacket and hat.
Out all of all the costumes on set, from Rachel Weisz’ feathered green number to Michelle Williams’ princess-style frock, Gary reveals it was Mila’s who soaked up the most attention.
MILA KUNIS ON HOW ‘CHALLENGING’ LOVE IS
He told Vanity Fair: ‘We received the most response to Mila Kunis’ leather bustier, trousers, and sleeves. It’s odd to me that people seem to find it a mystery. We make everything out of leather!’

While it appears the most practical of all the costume department’s pieces, it was also the most fun to create according to Gary.
