Things have gone from bad to worse for Mel Gibson this week, after he was allegedly caught on tape unleashing an abusive tirade against estranged ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.

The Hollywood hotshot is already in serious hot water over claims he attacked Oksana during an argument, and 'knocked her teeth out'.
The Russian model is reported to have issued a restraining order against the Braveheart star, instructing her legal team to prepare for a custody battle over their five-month-old daughter, Lucia.
Now American website Radar Online claims to have got its hands on taped telephone conversations between Mel and Oksana, revealing the extent of Mel's shocking violent outburst to his ex.
'Oksana's motivation for recording this was to show Mel how mean he was, and because she feared for her life,' said one insider.
It seems the recordings could be used against the Mel in court, and reports suggest the actor is hurriedly trying to suppress the bad publicity.
‘Mel is doing everything he can to suppress this... they are the rantings of a mad man,' the source added.
