Meghan Markle and Prince Harry sparked rumours that they were planning to move to Africa after the royal baby is born, which could be any moment now.
But now there is talk the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may, in fact, be moving to America - for good. (We can't believe it either).
The pair have only recently settled into their home at Frogmore Cottage, but are already apparently thinking of upping sticks. as they are looking to secure a permanent base in Los Angeles, which is Meghan's hometown, in particular Malibu and Los Feliz.
The parents-to-be are reportedly thinking of splitting their time between England to be near Harry's relatives, as well as California, where Meghan's friends and family are based.
A source told the Grazia: 'Meghan and Harry have their hearts set on a place in California. They intend to split their time between England and the States a lot more once the baby is born. Meghan likes the idea of being in the city she considers to be “home”, and thinks they’ll be able to maintain more of a private “bubble” there in the months following the birth, when they don’t have so many duties to fulfil.

'They’ll need somewhere ultra-secure, and there are lots of private mansions tucked away in gated estates,’ added the source. ‘Los Feliz is where Meghan went to school and she likes its hip, cosmopolitan charm.’
The move will mean Meghan will be closer to her mother Doria Ragland, who has recently jetted to England to be with her daughter at the birth of her first grandchild.
The former Suits actress and the 34-year-old royal are said to have been hunting for homes to lease in America next month, with a view to buying a property.
Will it happen? We'll have to wait and see.
