The lost star has been accused of assaulting a bus driver in Cleveland, Ohio
Uh-oh. Do we spy a celebrity scandal in the making? Lost actor Matthew Fox was arrested over the weekend, according to reports, after allegedly assaulting a female bus driver in Ohio.
It's thought the US star was attempting to return to his hotel in Cleveland, after filming scenes for his latest move - an adaptation of James Patterson novel I, Alex Cross - when the incident occurred.
Reports suggest the actor tried to board a private bus, and became angry when driver Heather Bormann refused him entry.
Bormann told Reuters she didn't recognise Fox as one of her party, and 'confronted' him as he tried to board the bus with other passengers, telling him him three times to step away from the door. 'I told him he was trespassing,' she reportedly revealed. 'He never once said anything. He just looked at me with his mouth open – then he leaned in and started swinging on me.'
The driver told police Fox hit her in the chest and stomach before she retaliated 'in self defence,' adding that it took three men to restrain the actor, who was detained by an off-duty police officer before the police arrived.

It's thought the ex-Party of Five actor was eventually 'released to a friend,' but his reps have yet to comment on the events.
And yesterday the bus driver revealed her plans to press charges, telling reporters: 'I don't care that he is a celebrity. Assault is against the law.'
