Mariah Carey has revealed that her husband, Nick Cannon, is recovering at home and 'is getting better' after kidney failure and surgery.
The songstress took to Twitter to tell fans that her hubby, Nick Cannon, is on the mend after suffering kidney failure whilst they were on a ski holiday in Aspen, Colorado.
Last night, Mariah tweeted to worried fans that he was ok, she wrote: 'Up w/NC watching@BishopJakes - a true inspiration as always. Nick is getting better+we love+appreciate all the ongoing kind words!'(sic)
A spokesperson for the couple confirmed that Nick Cannon, the America's Got Talent star and rapper, had returned home after checking out of the hospital.
The spokesperson said: 'He is resting and recovering at home.'
Last week, Cannon, 31, was transferred from hospital in the ski resort of Aspen, to one in the couple's hometown of Los Angeles.

During the Christmas holiday with their baby twins, Monroe and Moroccan, Mariah revealed her husband's condition, tweeting: 'Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure. #mybraveman.'
The seven-time Grammy Award winning singer then tweeted a photo of herself with Nick on the hospital bed, where she reportedly stayed by his bed side until he was discharged.
On Friday, Cannon joined in on the Twitter action, telling fans, 'Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure. # OUCH'
His wife then added: 'Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits.'
We hope Nick feels better soon.
