...but she'll be allowed to complete her $1 million Playboy photo shoot first
Lindsay Lohan will return to jail after violating the terms of her probation - but not before stripping off for a $1 million dollar Playboy shoot.
The 25-year-old is being sent to the slammer for failing to keep up with her community service requirements. But some say her 30-day imposed sentence could be slashed to 'just minutes' due to prison overcrowding.
Lindsay will not immediately be put behind bars because the judge decided to let her complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy, reportedly worth $1 million dollars.
The mean Girls star landed herself back in court after being caught stealing a $2,500 necklace in January, whilst on probation for DUI offences in 2007.
Since then Lohan has failed to attend therapy sessions as required by the court and was kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center in Los Angeles where she was ordered to do community service.

Now LiLo must complete all her community service at the L.A. County Morgue, after her fleeting prison stop.
It is not the first time Lindsay has got off pretty lightly, in August last year she served just 14 days of her imposed 90 day sentence.
