Lindsay and photographer Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri - who met on a photoshoot last year - have been spotted on a number of cosy dates in Los Angeles, and are rumoured to have been an item in secret since last Autumn.
And now it seems the pair are ready to come clean about their relationship.
'We have been spending a lot of time together,' Indrani told the New York Post.
'I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot.'

A close friend of the pair say Indrani has been a ‘good influence' on Lindsay, whose wild partying and erratic behavior has landed her in hot water in recent months.
‘I've seen them on dates, I have seen them making out,' said one insider. 'Indrani is a good influence on Lindsay.'
And Indrani leapt to Lindsay's defence during a recent bout of bad press, saying: 'Lindsay gets a lot of bad press, but she's a really strong, creative woman and is trying really hard to get her life in a good, positive place.'
But some have commented the pair seem an unlikely couple.
'She is the opposite of a party girl - a Princeton graduate, she's into art and is a philanthropist - not what you'd expect the typical girl for Lindsay to go out with,' a source revealed.
