The smile songstress sent out save-the-date cards to friends and family yesterday, confirming the special ceremony will be held on June 11.
And far from being a formal affair, it seems wellies and dungarees could be in order for Lily and Sam’s nuptials, if the comical cards are anything to go by.
A hilarious, vintage-style snap shows the happy couple arriving by tractor, dressed down in some less-than-stylish country clothes.
Sam is wrapped up against the cold in a battered raincoat and fleece, while Lily sports a rather lovely headscarf and some seriously wrinkly tights.

'Save the date for the wedding of Lily and Sam. Saturday June 11th 2011 Gloucestershire... Invitation to follow,' the caption reads.
It’s thought Lily’s beau Sam popped the question on Christmas Day on the balcony of their £800-a-night suite at the exclusive Amankila resort in Bali at sunset.
But since Christmas Lily’s kept her sparkler firmly under wraps, and has yet to officially comment on the engagement.
The songstress has, however, revealed none other than fashion supremo Karl Lagerfeld will be designing her all-important, big day dress.
The songstress was spotted at the fashion house's Parisian office on Monday, waiting to see the Chanel designer, and told WWD, 'I'm here to see Karl for my wedding dress.'
