Hollywood golden couple Leonardo DiCaprio and Bar Refaeli have called time on their six-year on-again, off-again relationship, and went their separate ways last week, according to reports.
Tongues first started wagging when Leonardo failed to accompany the Brazillian beauty to the glittering Met Gala in New York.
Now it’s thought the picture-perfect couple, who first got together in 2005, had already split - a reportedly mutual decision.
Friends have confirmed there was no one else involved in Leo and Bar’s break-up, adding they simply grew apart, after realising neither was ready to settle down.
‘It was amicable, they’re still friends and they are still talking,’ one insider told the New York Post. ‘They just grew apart and went their separate ways.’
Reports suggest the pair, who split for six months back in 2009, were also struggling to juggle a relationship with their busy careers.
‘Neither were ready to settle down, and both have busy careers that have been taking them in different directions,’ the source added.
Since their spilt, it seems the pair have wasted no time in enjoying single life.
Beautiful Bar was reportedly spied dining with a mystery man in Berlin earlier this week, while Leo was spotted with A-list pals at New York nightspot Top of the Standard.
