Leona Lewis launches own ethical perfume
It was only a year ago that Leona Lewis declared she wouldn't be releasing a perfume. But, it seems, the sweet smell of success was too alluring – and the singer is now launching her own eponymous ethical version.
The Bleeding Love star is currently on a roll, with an autobiography and her own clothing line soon to be hitting stores near you.
And now the star is adding another string to her bow, with L'eauna Lewis (sorry!).
The former X Factor winner is teaming up with top German beauty brand LR – well known for its staunch animal rights stance.
A source told The Sun: 'Leona has had a lot of approaches about launching her own perfume, but she wanted to make totally sure she would be working with an ethical company.
'She has had a big hand in helping to create the fragrance and the design of the bottle and now she can’t wait to see it in the shops.'

Leona will be following the footsteps of many celebrities who've launched their own scent, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Kate Moss and Britney Spears.
In a promo video for her German fans, Leona said: 'I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to work on such an exciting project.
'I am passionate about what I do and it is important for me to give the best I can to my fans all of the time.
'I love my new fragrance and I already love LR.'
