Leighton Meester splits from Gossip Girl co-star

Leighton Meester and Sebastian Stan have reportedly ended their relationship

It's been a bad week for Gossip Girl's real-life romances: first we learnt that co-stars Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr had split, and now Leighton Meester is rumoured to have broken up with her beau, Sebastian Stan, too.

Like Westwick and Szohr, Meester and Stan have starred alongside each other in the hit show, with her playing Blair Waldorf, and him Carter Baizen.

A source revealed to OK! that it was Meester who initiated the break-up, revealing she ended things because she 'doesn't know how to be in a relationship and doesn't really like them.'

With no comment as yet from either Meester or Stan's camp, we'll have to wait and see whether Leighton really is GG's latest single girl.
