Lea Michele dazzles in stunning dress at Chrysalis Butterfly Ball

The Glee star was the belle of the ball in a gorgeous Emilio Pucci dress at the annual event in Los Angeles

There were a clutch of stylish looks on display at this year's Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles, yet Lea Michele completely stole the show with her stunning evening outfit.

The Glee star wowed onlookers in a long-sleeved printed gown by Emilio Pucci for the glitzy annual charity event in California. The dress, which came in a pretty mix of pastel blues and pinks, also featured a sexy low scooped back and sheer cream panels.

With such a scene-stealing gown, Lea Michele needed little in the way of accessories and simply wore it with a pair of Jerome C. Rousseau heels, a touch of jewellery and a flash of candy pink lipstick.

Although they didn't walk the red carpet together, Lea was joined by Glee co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith at the event and was later spotted enjoying the dinner by his side.

Ashley Tisdale and Whitney Port were also on the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball guestlist, wearing a white crochet maxi dress by Again and a cropped top and skirt by Razan Alazzouni respectively. Jenna Dewan shone on the red carpet too, in a sherbert yellow halter neck gown from the Valentino spring/summer 2012 collection.

Other notable attendees included Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler, True Blood heart-throb Ryan Kwanten, actress Rachael Leigh Cook and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.
