Lara, who married comedian David Walliams back in May has said the men’s magazine had ‘no right’ to publish the pictures, and she feels she has ‘no option’ but to launch legal proceedings.
'Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs,’ the Dutch model said. ‘It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in.
'I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.'
The new Mrs Walliams has taken steps to start the legal battle, and has instructed favoured celebrity lawyers Schillings to launch proceedings against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus in Paris.
