As she debuts a gothic - and slightly scary! - new look, the Lady revealed Madonna's reaction to her single, Born this Way
When it comes to her style, Lady Gaga has to go that extra mile these days to get us talking, but we have to say she just keeps on succeeding!
While last night's look may not fill quite the column inches of her Grammy entrance egg - a moment definitely on a par with that meat dress - la Gaga ensured she made a statement on the Jay Leno show, getting ghoulish in an all-encompassing black gown, Batman-style mask and veil.
Oh, and then there was her face!
The Lady gave us the first proper look at her new facial horns - note the peaked shoulders, too - which are destined to become a signature Gaga-ism, first spotted on the cover of her new single, Born This Way.
Now while we're pretty certain the Lady wasn't, in fact, born this way, so we'll put her new accessories down to some impressive make-up work.
Meanwhile, the songstress revealed that Madonna had been in touch to congratulate her on the new single, despite many suggesting it was a tad too similar to the Material Girl's track, Express Yourself.

'The good news is I got an email from her people sending me their love and support on behalf of the single. And if the queen says it shall be, then it shall be,' Gaga explained.
Addressing the allegations of copying, she added: 'You know, there is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally and professionally.'
