By Lady Gaga's standards, her birthday was a rather low-key affair indeed.
According to insiders, the superstar celebrated her 26th birthday on Tuesday by treating friends to a spin class and some home cooked grub.

First on the agenda for the singer and her nearest and dearest was the private spin class in Hollywood where 'She requested [Bruce Springsteen's] 'Thunder Road' because it's one of her favorite songs,' a source tells Us Weekly.
'Her friends filled the studio, and they had a blast.'
Later on in the evening the icon shunned Hollywood's top restaurants for some home-cooked grub. 'It was just a small thing with her family,' the insider shares. 'Her mother cooked.'
Given her hectic schedule, it's no surprise Gaga wanted some quality downtime. 'She's been ridiculously busy, and has been working herself very, very hard' a friend of Gaga tells Us. 'But everyone had the most amazing time [yesterday]!'
The chilled celebrations were a fry cry from her 25th birthday bash when the Gaga sang tunes by Motley Crue and Madonna in front of 60 friends at a surprise party.
