Kylie Minogue has parted ways with her Spanish model boyfriend after five years together.
A spokesperson for the singer and The Voice UK judge confirmed the news this morning and Kylie is said to be 'heartbroken'.
Kylie, 45, and Andres Velencoso, 35, starting dating in 2008 after meeting on the set of a perfume ad. Back in July 2010, things seemed rosy between the couple and Kylie told Us Weekly: 'I'm in a great place right now. I feel very comfortable. No plans, no ring, none of that. As for marriage, I'm not one of those girls who had my heart set on wearing the dress and walking down the aisle, but it will be nice, yeah!'
She'd also admitted to reporters that he was 'The One', revealing that her latest five-year relationship was a personal record.
It's thought that hectic work schedules are to blame for the split, with Kylie spending dividing her time between LA – where she's working on a new album – and the UK, where she's working as a judge on the new series of The Voice after replacing Jessie J last month.
Sources say that Andres is focussing on trying to build an acting career for himself, while Kylie is also throwing herself into her work. Something tells us this one won't be a single lady for long.
