KYLIE MINOGUE WOWS IN STELLA MCCARTNEY AT THE Q AWARDS
The pop princess performed three of her hit songs for the royal couple and other famous faces from Papua New Guinea, Australia and New Zealand, the three nations Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall will be visiting on their Diamond Jubilee Tour. The evening also included performances from traditional Maori dancers and musicians.
The petite songstress looked gorgeous in a black cutaway embellished bodice dress as she sang her hits On A Night Like This, I Believe In You and the Locomotion, asking her audience: ‘The big question is, are you ready to swing your hips now?!’
Kylie even showed off her cheeky side when chatting to the royal couple after her performance; upon hearing that the Duchess of Cornwall had never been to Australia, Kylie jokingly reprimanded Camilla, who looked elegant in a blue lace dress and multi-strand pearl necklace, calling her 'naughty Duchess,' before wishing the royal couple: 'Bon voyage, have a fantastic trip.'
En route to the evening's celebrations, Kylie got followers excited when she tweeted a picture of a solider on guard duty outside St. James' Palace with the text: 'One is on one's way to St. James Palace! #oooh.'
