Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may be one of Hollywood's hottest couples but that doesn't mean they are guarenteed a ticket to the biggest movie event of the year, the Oscars.
It is the most important event in the showbiz calender and they have two huge movies to promote - Snow White and the Huntsman and Bel Ami - but if K-Stew and R-Patz were bothered by the Oscar invite snub, they didn't let on.
The Twilight couple may not have been invited to the prestigious ceremony but that didn't stop them from enjoying a night on the town.
The two made a rare outing together when they joined guests like Miley Cyrus and Hayden Panettiere at the William Endeavor Morris pre-Oscar party in Brentwood, and eye-witnesses say the notoriously private couple spent the night holding hands and looking every inch the loved up couple they are.

After the pre-Oscar party the dressed-down couple headed to celebrity hot spot Chateau Marmont to continue their evening.
Despite being snapped earlier in the day buying a Balenciaga gown, Kristen, 21, kept to her comfortable casual attire of skinny jeans and checked shirt while her 25-year-old boyfriend rocked a baseball cap, jeans and a bomber jacket.
