Kristen Stewart: 'Robert Pattinson and I are totally fine'

Actress dismisses rumours that there is tension between herself and her Twilight co-star following their split

She may have cheated on him with married father-of-two Rupert Sanders, but Kristen Stewart says everything is just fine and dandy with reported ex-boyfriend, Robert Pattinson.

The actress dissmissed rumours that there is tension between herself and her Twilight co-star following their recent split.

Speaking at the premiere of her new film On the Road at the Toronto International Film Festival, Stewart said that the pair are 'totally fine' with the situation.

'We're going to be fine,' the 22-year-old actress added when asked about the impending press tour to promote Twilight: Breaking Dawn- Part 2. 'We're totally fine.' Hmm...

The actress had been keeping a low profile since the scandal, but put her nerves about returning to the spotlight aside for the On the Road red carpet event.

When asked whether she found the film's press screening difficult, Kristen told reporters: 'I was a little nervous, obviously. I'm always nervous before a red carpet. To be honest, I was just kind of telling myself, like, just don't black out.

'Be there, don't just figuratively put your head down and barrel though it. Be there, appreciate it. Luckily, very, very much I was able to do that.'

Stewart's next wave of promotional duties may be even more difficult however when she will join Pattinson for the final Twilight movie.
