Kim Sears And Andy Murray Are ‘Engaged Already’

Bookies close betting on a Wimbledon proposal
Has Andy Murray already popped the question to his long-term girlfriend / full-time cheerleader Kim Sears? The bookies seem to think so.
William Hill has stopped taking bets on the engagement after a huge surge of punters placed wagers at odds of 8-1. “That price was backed heavily,” a spokesman for William Hill said. “It indicates to us that he got engaged. Maybe someone saw him buying a ring?”
The odds on Andy’s proposal had reached 7-2 (the same as for him winning Wimbledon again) before Wiliam Hill stopped taking bets.
“We are still happy to offer 33/1 that Andy wins and gets down on one knee during his acceptance speech live on the BBC,” the representative told The Independent.
Andy has always avoided questions from fans and the media about his relationship status and got a serious telling off from Kim in January after he ‘jokingly’ tweeted that he would marry her after Wimbledon this year. Oops.
The good news is she’s already got the approval of her future mother-in-law, Judy, who has previously described her as "the best thing that ever happened to him."
