The crime scene photos from Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery have surfaced
And they're pretty shocking.
And they're pretty shocking.
Just last month, after 90 days of police investigations, 16 people were arrested for the Paris robbery targeting Kim Kardashian, the crime that saw perpetrators leave with an estimated £8.7m worth of jewellery. The men were detained across Paris, Normandy and the French Riviera, identified by the traces of their of DNA at the scene.
Following the investigation, images of the crime scene have recently surfaced and they're pretty shocking.
French news channel, TF1, released surveillance footage of the alleged robbers as well as images from the crime scene at the No Address Hotel where Kim Kardashian was staying.
There have been a range of chilling images released, from shots of the bedroom and bathroom where the robbery took place, to the roll of tape and gag used to tie her hands together and restrain her.
Kim Kardashian's official statement on the robbery was released last month, printed in the French paper, Le Journal du Dimanche.
Her official statement read: 'I heard noises at the door, like footsteps, and I asked shouting who was there, no one answered. I called my bodyguard at 02.56AM. I saw through the sliding door two people coming, plus the man from the reception who was strapped. The two men were hooded, one had a ski mask and he had a cap and a jacket with Police written on it' she continued, before adding that the man with ski goggles was the one who stayed with her.

She continued: 'They asked me with a strong French accent where was my ring. It was placed on the bedside table, It costs 4 million dollars. I answer him that I don't know, he takes out a weapon and I show him the ring. He pointed the weapon towards me. He takes the ring, he wears gloves. He asked me where the jewels and the money are. They caught me and took me in the lobby. I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath.'
'Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And at this time, they strapped me with plastic cables and tape on my hands, then they taped my mouth and my legs. They carried me in my bathroom, more specifically in my bath tub.'
After giving her statement, she was allowed to fly home to America where she has been laying low for the past three months, staying off social media and out of the spotlight.
Last month she made her first public appearance since the attack, travelling to Dubai with Mario Dedivanovic to support her friend and make up artist on a work trip. She has been documenting her travels on Snapchat (they look incredible FYI), with the new year seeing the return of Kim Kardashian to Instagram after weeks of social media silence since the October robbery.

Bad news for Kardashian fans – we’re not going to be hearing from Kim for a while. Since Kim Kardashian’s robbery there has been no word from the reality star, but finally Kim’s personal assistant has now broken her silence to update fans on the situation.
Stephanie Sheppard, long-term friend and assistant to Kim, posted a message on the reality star’s website to explain that her employer would be taking a few weeks off.
Announcing the news in a handwritten note, Steph explained that several of Kim’s nearest and dearest have been enlisted to take over her social channels in the meantime.
‘Hey guys. So you may have noticed we haven't updated the app in a couple weeks,’ she wrote. ‘Keeks is taking some much-needed time off.’
‘But not to worry - we've called upon Kim's closest friends, fam and yours truly to serve up some exclusives. Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers! Thanks so much for your support for my girl.’
Guess we’ll just have to console ourselves with the new KUWTK series instead.

After Khloe Kardashian announced that her sister Kim’s robbery had been ‘a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments’, it seems that the Kardashian clan have taken this on board.
Kim and her husband Kanye West are now reported to be planning to construct a hidden, impenetrable bunker in an attempt to stop any future attacks like the one in Paris.
The famous couple have apparently approached three American companies to draw up plans for secret state-of-the-art ‘luxury survival’ bunkers for their homes, as well as the homes of Kim’s sisters, Kourtney and Khloe, and Kris Jenner.
While Kim and Kanye already have panic rooms installed in their homes in Bel Air and Hidden Hills, the Kardashian-Wests are believed to be so shaken by the robbery that they no longer believe these to be sufficient.
While it might sound extreme, it doesn’t look like Kim will be compromising on her comforts at all in the process. Kim has reportedly asked for staff quarters to be included in the plans so that she can still live in the style to which she is accustomed.
Other possibilities which could be included in the design are Jacuzzis, pools, gyms, bowling alleys, stables and live greenhouses, according to Texas-based Rising S Bunkers – one of the companies Kim is reported to have approached that has previously constructed a $8.4million palatial underground bunker for an Oscar-winning client.
Whatever gives you piece of mind, Kim.

It's been 10 days since Kim Kardashian's robbery and in that time, we haven't heard from the reality star once. But now fans have finally had an update on how Kim is doing thanks to her sister, Khloe. Appearing on the Ellen Degeneres Show, Khloe discussed how her older sister was coping following the jewellery heist, revealing that Kim is ‘not doing that well’.
‘It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her,’ said Khloe in the interview. 'But our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together. We do appreciate all of your guys' love and support. It will take time. It was horrible what happened to her.'
However, Khloe did reveal that the incident has made the whole Kardashian clan reassess their social media presence
'I think it's just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments,' she explained. 'This is a really serious matter for Kim. I think it’s a wake-up call for all of us, but definitely [our focus is] just to make sure our sister is ok.'
It seems though that Kim has come out of the experience fighting. According to TMZ, the second-eldest Kardashian sister is suing MediaTakeOut.com for claiming that she invented the robbery. In three posts, the site also claimed that Kim let the thieves into her apartment and therefore committed a federal crime through her deception.
After demanding that the site apologise and retract their posts but receiving no reply, Kim has now decided to sue.
Turns out Kim Kardashian is not a lady to mess with.

A little bit of good news for Kim Kardashian at last – some of her stolen jewellery has been found on a pavement in Paris.
According to TMZ, her robbers didn't make a completely clean getaway after dropping a platinum mounted diamond cross by luxury jewellers Jacob and Co that is reported to be worth $33,180.
Apparently police are now testing the necklace for DNA in an attempt to uncover the identity of the attacker who robbed Kim at gunpoint.
And while this could be a breakthrough, there's still no news about Kim's stolen $4million engagement ring. Looks like Kanye better get saving...

It's understandable that Kim Kardashian's robbery might make the reality star want to retreat from the public eye and have a little privacy for a while. (For those of you who missed the news, Kim was robbed at gunpoint in a hotel in Paris, during which it is reported that $5.6 million's worth of her jewellery was stolen.)
But while Kim's decision might be understandable, it's estimated to be an expensive one for the Kardashian-West clan. Since the robbery took place, Kim hasn't put anything on Instagram, Snapchat or Twitter – a move which will cost her $1million per month according to celebrity financial adviser Samuel Rad.
Speaking to People magazine, Rad said that Kim's 'overall brand is generating at least $1 million a month through just general posts, not including anything that’s specifically being contracted with companies.' Meanwhile, he also estimated that Kim's personal, non-commercial posts 'are worth at least $20,000 a piece to her overall brand.'
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that production has been temporarily suspended for Keeping up with the Kardashians while Kim recovers from the robbery.
However, Rad told People that he believes this break from the public eye could earn the reality star more money in the long run: 'I think what’s going to happen is the first post she’s going to put up after not having posted for [a while], it’s going to get so many more followers and hits. I think that it might actually end up helping her. [...] I think it could be a really big moneymaker for her brand.'
We're not sure the Kardashians might see this is a silver lining, but either way, let's hope Kim feels better soon.

Kim Kardashian-West has been held at gunpoint in Paris, according to police. Police officials confirmed that there was a robbery, which took place at about 2:30am local time, involving the star and that an investigation was underway, reports the BBC.
Kim, who was in the French city to attend Paris Fashion Week SS17, had been at the Givenchy show, in which her sister Kendall Jenner walked, just hours before the shocking incident occurred.
Though Kim has been left 'badly shaken' by the robbery, she has thankfully not been harmed, a spokeswoman for the star confirmed.
CNN reports that there may have been as many as five people involved in Kim Kardashian's robbery, which is said to have taken place in a luxury residence. The French Interior Ministry has said that the gunmen threatened the concierge with a weapon, handcuffed him and forced him to open the private apartment. Two of the men were then able to gain entry to Kim's room.
Kim was locked in a bathroom while the robbery took place, a ministry spokesperson said. A jewellery box containing valuables worth €6 million was stolen, as well as a ring worth €4 million, the Associated Press reports, citing police officials.
Kanye, who was playing a gig at the inaugural Meadows Festival in New York at the time of the incident, left the stage abruptly upon hearing the news, telling the crowd that he had a ‘family emergency’.
The festival organisers later tweeted a statement saying: ‘Due to a family emergency, Kanye West was forced to end his performance towards the end of his set. We appreciate the great show he put on for fans to close the inaugural Meadows Festival. Our thoughts are with West and his family.’
While police have said the star's family have been placed under police protection at the George V hotel, it remains unclear whether 3-year-old North and 10-month-old Saint were with her at the time of the incident.
Update 03/10 at 14:15: North and Saint were not in the hotel room when the incident occurred, People has confirmed. Kim has now left Paris on a private jet, the Daily Mail reports.
Update 04/10 at 10:00am: Caitlyn Jenner has taken to social media to express her gratitude that Kim is now safe after the attack.
