Kim Kardashian covered up in a masculine suit for her latest TV appearance
Kim Kardashian has admitted that she's 'petrified' about gaining weight during her pregnancy.
The reality TV star, who is forever posting online snaps of her bikini body, tweeted about her concerns in the middle of the night.
She wrote: 'Can't sleep & I'm googling double chin exercises! I'm petrified to get one!'

The next day, as she arrived for an interview with David Letterman, Kim shunned her normal figure-hugging look in favour of more conservative clobber as she strutted her stuff in a tuxedo paired with a white shirt.
The 32-year-old wore checked peep-toed boots and, to complete the masculine look, sported wet look hair.

Kim was joined by sister Kourtney Kardashian as the duo promoted their latest spin off E! show, Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.
Kim is three months pregnant with Kanye West's baby.
