Kim Kardashian just shut down Donald Trump on Twitter. Kind of.

Kim Kardashian West has spoken out on Twitter against Donald Trump’s ban on immigration, and as you’d expect, everyone went a bit crazy.
It all started when Kim K, whose grandparents came to the US to escape Russian control in Armenia, tweeted a set of statistics that had been doing the rounds.
The table shows how many Americans are killed each year in different ways, including being the victim of terrorists and lawn mowers.
Damningly, it reveals only 2 US citizens are killed by Islamic jihadists immigrants, 5 by far right-wing terrorists and 9 by all Islamic jihadist terrorists.
Comparatively, 69 are killed by rogue lawnmowers, 264 are hit by a bust, and a whopping 737 die falling out of bed. Kim K simply accompanied the image with the caption, ‘Statistics’.

Twitter users have retweeted it more than 180k times, applauding Kim for speaking out. Celebs were also quick to give her props, with Alan Cumming (Eli Gold in The Good Wife, FYI), tweeting, ‘I am retweeting @KimKardashian because she is a more compassionate and rational person than the president of the United States.’
Charlie Brooker said he ’stands with Kim Kardashian’ and Phoebe Tonkin thanked her for ‘using your platform to influence your (nearly 50million!) followers to Stay Awake & Educated’.
However, other users pointed out the fact Kim's husband Kanye West was a Trump supporter, even meeting with him last December.
User Zach Tutor asked, ‘doesn’t your husband support this pshycho?’ but many were quick to jump to her defence, saying she was entitled to her own opinion. Hear hear.
