In the most recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé made the decision to go off birth control. So many women know that this is an extremely big life decision that doesn’t necessarily get discussed very often, so we’re super appreciative that Koko let us in on her experience.
For some context, Khloé accompanied Kim to her fertility doctor appointment, where she initially thought she just might pepper Kim’s doc with a few questions. However, Khloé ended up getting a full-on ultrasound and exam.
It was during the exam that Khloé found out that she had fewer follicles on her uterus than a typical 32-year-old.
“This is definitely not at all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can’t get pregnant?” she asked.

The doctor, fertility specialist Dr. Andy Huang, said she may want to consider freezing her eggs, and also that she should stop taking birth control pills in order to see if the follicles grow back.
Khloé made the decision to go off the pill, and was met with good news at her follow-up appointment — the doctor found a normal amount of follicles and a viable egg…meaning Khloé should be able to have a baby.
“I am so relieved to know that I am able to get pregnant,” she said. “Now I have so many other things to think about. Do I wanna have my own baby now? I don’t know. I’m at a crossroads.”
She also said that boyfriend Tristan wants “four or five kids,” and that they definitely talk about starting a family (while Khloé admits that being off birth control is a “scary” big step).
We wish Khloé all the best as she moves on to her next adventure. We know these questions aren’t easy, but we’re sure she’ll have a TON of support — whatever she decides. And as always. thanks for being so real, girl!
