Reality star talks about her 'commitment' to lose the weight
Kelly Osbourne has spoken out about her recent weight loss, revealing that there’s ‘no secret’, just a low carb, sugar free diet.
The star has often struggled with her size but has now found a way of maintaining a shape that fits round her lifestyle, The Mail reports.'Everyone always asks "What is the secret?”’ Kelly said. 'But there really is no secret. It is the old fashioned way of making a commitment to yourself and waking up everyday and doing it.'
'Compared to how I used to eat it's completely different, I don't eat junk food. I don't have it in my house anymore. I'm more inclined to go for a bag of carrots now than a bag of chips.'
'I'm smaller than a sample size,' she told US Weekly.
However, the reality TV star revealed that she still indulges sometimes: 'If I want a piece of cake I'm going to eat a f***ing piece of cake. You just have to learn your boundaries.'
Kelly challenges herself to strength training sessions for an hour three times a week and 30 minute runs every other day.
Her trainer revealed: 'After Dancing With The Stars she got more serious about her commitment to fitness.’
'She wanted to maintain and see how she could progress. She wanted to see what else her body was capable of.'
