The newly engaged pair debut their engagement in Hollywood with a hot gala date
Katy Perry and Russell Brand's romance continues to move at lightning speed, with the couple making an extremely public appearance in Hollywood at the weekend.
In an inspired declaration of her love, Katy decided to break the comedian into the LA social scene, making him her hot date at charity gala in LA.
Earlier in the day, the celeb pair were seen running errands together around town.
The couple, dressed smartly in black tie, hobnobbed with several of Katy's celebrity friends at the Art of Elysium's 3rd Annual Black Tie Charity Gala, attended by the likes of Kate Bosworth, Nicole Richie and Dita Von Teese.
But despite the roll call of celebs on show, Katy and Russell seemed wrapped up in their own world, with Katy climbing onto Russell's lap at the dinner table and cuddling up to her fiancée throughout the evening.
