Why Kate Middleton is reportedly 'very upset' about Prince William's trip to Jordan
Poor Kate!
Poor Kate!
I've you've had half an eye on the news this week, you'll know that Prince William is currently on a five-day tour of the Middle East, visiting Israel, Jordan and the Palestinian territories.
The trip is particularly significant as Kate and her family lived there for almost three years while her father worked for British Airways.
Kate – who could inherit Princess Diana's title in future – was just two when they first moved, while her sister Pippa was only eight months old.
However, during a reception at the British ambassador's Amman residence, Prince William revealed that his wife is actually 'very upset' about the trip.
The chief executive of Save the Children, Rania Malki, told the prince that she knew of the house where Kate Middleton grew up as it's now home to her children's paediatrician.
'No way! She will be thrilled,' William responded. 'She loved it there, she really did. She is very upset that I am coming here without her.'

Imagine being able to say you lived in the future Queen (Consort) of England's former home, hey?
Having given birth only a couple of months ago, the Duchess of Cambridge is currently on maternity leave and so could not join her husband for the trip.
'My wife Catherine is very sorry she cannot be here with me so soon after the birth of our son Louis, but her family remembers very fondly the almost three years she spent here as a child when her father worked for British Airways in Amman,' the Prince told guests.
We hope the family will all be able to visit where Kate grew up another time.
