Kate Middleton may have her hands full with charity engagements and the royal baby-to-be, but behind the scenes, the legal storm surrounding the topless photos taken of her on holiday last year, still rages.
Now it is being reported that two people involved in obtaining and publishing the photos have been charged with invasion of privacy in France.

It's thought Snapper Valerie Suau, who took the photos of the Duchess of Cambridge published by daily La Provence, Ernesto Mauri, the head of the Mondadori Group, which published photos of Kate Middleton topless in Closer magazine are the two in question.
Reports suggest judges in the Paris suburb of Nanterre have charged the pair invasion of privacy.
Last year, lawyers for Kate Middleton battled it out in court to stop further publication of the topless photos, after the snaps of the Duchess sunbathing at a private holiday home, were published by French Closer magazine.

It's thought lawyers argued the topless photos violated Kate Middleton's privacy in ways echoing the paparazzi's treatment of Princess Diana, adding that the invasive pictures were taken ‘just six days after the 15th anniversary of the useless, cynical and morbid hunt which led to the death of William’s mother.'
They also argued the photographs were taken ‘in a highly intimate moment during a scene of married life and have no place on the cover of a magazine’.
Yesterday a spokesman for St James's Palace said: 'The ongoing legal process is a matter for the French authorities.'
While the legal storm rages, pregnant Kate Middleton has been working her way through a packed schedule of public engagements, ahead of her due date in July.
Yesterday evening, the Duchess attended an Art Room reception at the National Portrait Gallery in London, while over the weekend, she'll tour the Making of Harry Potter exhibition with Prince William and a group of children.
