Kate Middleton has become a fashion force thanks to her ability to look flawless is a fusion of both high street and designer items, and it appears her maternity wear will be no different. Over the weekend the Duchess of Cambridge was seen picking up a pair of maternity jeggings in Gap.

After a serious spout of morning sickness, that saw Kate admitted to hospital, the Duchess is now well enough to get started on the putting her maternity wardrobe together.

Kate and sister Pippa Middleton hit their fave shopping destination, King’s Road, Chelsea, this weekend and raided the rails for chic maternity wear. One bystander witnessed Kate Middleton pick up a pair of maternity jeggings in Gap.

The onlooker told The Telegraph: ‘Everyone in the store seemed to recognise her, but they gave her space and privacy to shop.’

After a few tugs of the stretchy fabric Kate focused her attention on her growing bump’s needs, heading to BabyGap before leaving the store.
