Kate Middleton has been preparing for the royal baby's birth with a special pregnancy fitness plan, according to new reports.
As the Duchess of Cambridge approaches her July 13 due date, it's thought she has been indulging in weekly yoga sessions, at the home she shares with Prince William at Kensington Palace.
Sources say an expert pregnancy yoga instructor has been quietly visiting Kate Middleton for the private classes, which are designed to give gentle exercise, and prepare her for the royal baby's birth.
Kate's due date is thought to be this Saturday, although this had not been confirmed by Clarence House.
It's also thought Kate has been researching hypno-birthing ahead of the royal baby's arrival, a method of controlling pain and anxiety during a natural birth.

Kate Middleton has long been a fan of yoga, and has reportedly been favouring the gentle exercise throughout her pregnancy - swapping her daily runs for quieter fitness sessions.
It's thought she has diligently reading up on pregnancy health and altered her workouts to tone down the cardio components in favour of more gentle exercise.
A source close to Duchess Kate revealed that she’s been enjoying prenatal yoga and has a special instructor visit her at the palace but mixes this up with long walks a few times a week.
Today, Peter Phillips has spoken out on the imminent arrival of the royal baby, revealing he things Kate Middleton and Prince William will make 'great parents'.
Speaking to CNN royal correspondent Max Foster after Zara Phillips' pregnancy announcement, he said: 'First and foremost, everyone is ecstatic for both. They will make great parents and it's great to be able to welcome another child into the family, if not from a selfish perspective for my two girls to be able to grow up with a playmate.'
On William and Kate's little one, he added: 'He or she will be under a great deal of scrutiny. That being said, both of the baby's parents are used to that and I think there is the structure and infrastructure around them all to be able to protect them to a certain extent.
'Sure, the baby's going to be in the limelight, just like William was from a very early age.'
