Kate Middleton and Prince William have joined forces with Prince Harry for their new charity foundation
Kate Middleton and Prince William have joined forces with Prince Harry to re-launch their charity foundation, The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

The charity, formerly the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry, was first established by the Princes in September 2009, to focus on three areas: the armed forces, young people and conservation.
Now, with Kate Middleton an active member of the Royal Family, and taking on charity work of her own, the Duchess has become active member, with the foundation renamed as The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.
'For reasons that never cease to amaze us, we do seem to be able to bring a spotlight to bear on wonderful initiatives created by other people to help those in need,' the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said in a statement on The Royal Foundation's website.
The young royals go on to explain they'll be focussing on 'some key challenges facing society today at home and abroad,' and aim to 'lend whatever support we can to those individuals and organisations leading the fight to confront and overcome these challenges.'

Earlier this week it was revealed Prince William and Kate Middleton raised an amazing £1 million for charity in just six hours during their first official overseas trip to America last year.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge raised the whopping sum during the course of an afternoon when they hosted a charity polo match at the Santa Barbara Polo Club in California.
